The historic windmill 'Bronislaw' is located in the municipality of Milicz, in the small village of Duchowo. It was built in 1671 and is one of dozens of windmills that survived from the Second World War.

The wooden building has a half-timbered construction and three storeys. Flour was produced on the second and third storey. The millstones that ground the grain were located on the third storey. The entire mechanism of the windmill was made and joined from wood, without the use of steel.

The Bronislaw windmill was still in operation after the Second World War, while it fell into disrepair year by year. In 2010, it was restored under the Rural Development Programme 2007-2013 for the measure Renovation and Development of Villages. It is now one of the historical tourist attractions to be admired in the Barycz Valley. Next to the windmill is a small milling museum (accessible by appointment with the village mayor).
