The Old Mill (Stary Młyn) settlement is a complex of historical buildings in the village of Kuźniczysko in the municipality of Trzebnica. The main object is a 320-year-old half-timbered building of a water mill, which since 2012 has been functioning as a technical museum belonging to the Network of Small House Museums, under the name Chamber of Mill Traditions "In the Old Mill".

Together with the historic farm building on the same site, which contains a post-German bread oven, they are the basis for the educational offer for schoolchildren and young people - the offer includes milling workshops, including hand-baking and a wide range of handicraft workshops.

The neighbourhood of two revitalised and stocked mill ponds, among which we are currently implementing a project to create the "Eco-Frajda" Family Activity Park, provides an ideal place for recreation and active leisure for entire families. Both the wide dykes of the mill ponds and the adjacent plots of land, which we lease with a total area of more than 2 ha, provide ideal conditions for camping or pitching tents.

The campsite, equipped with utilities (water, electricity, internet) and toilets, as well as a separate area for bonfires, is an ideal base for tourists interested in spending their free time in the midst of nature (close proximity to the Natura 2000 area). In the next few months our settlement will be enriched with a Traditional Crafts Point of Sale, where it will be possible not only to buy souvenirs from the region, handicrafts, but also taste traditional craft cider, beer or hand-baked cakes. A culinary offer based on healthy local products is also in the pipeline.
