Eggs of the native breed of Greenleg Partridge hen are a completely natural product. As an excellent raw material for food, they are the best source of amino acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins mainly B12, E. A unique value is the low cholesterol content of the yolk, harmoniously correlated with the lecithin content (preventing cell ageing), which is a genetic feature of Greenlegs. Antimicrobial lysozyme (a natural antibiotic), anti-inflammatory cystatin, immune-stimulating immunoglobulin Y and oxidation-inhibiting oxidation/osvitin are also among the biologically valuable components.
The eggs come from my certified organic farm. The hens are fed with natural food. They graze on a healthy, naturally diverse meadow-pasture. Due to their qualities, they can be used as medicinal food.
Cyclists are particularly welcome on the cycle path along the narrow-gauge railway. Our farm is located nearby.
