St Anne's Church was built between 1807 and 1808 by Count Joachim Karl Maltzan, who was buried here in 1817, to a design by Leonard Schaetzel. Inside there is a late Gothic sculpture of St. Anne of Samothrace. The site had been a centre of the cult of St Anne since the Middle Ages, practised mainly by the Polish-speaking population.
A chapel was mentioned in 1505. A large indulgence takes place here on the last Sunday in July. According to legend, St. Jadwiga waited here for Prince Henry the Bearded, who was hunting in the forests, and a miraculous stone with imprints of her feet was venerated.
