The village of Niezgoda, situated on a number of fishponds and watercourses that feed the ponds, boasts a larger population of mosquitoes every year than elsewhere. This village, which is very kind towards cyclists, decided to perversely honour these insects, which are disliked by everyone, and erect a monument to them. Since then, Niezgoda has become a much visited village precisely because of this unique monument, at which cyclists are more than happy to take photos.
