Not far from Milicz in Baranowice in a beautiful linden avenue with a paved road you will find a preserved border crossing with a barrier. This is a border barrier from 1920-1939 standing on the former Polish-German border from before 1939. Today's border between the Lower Silesian and Greater Poland Voivodeships almost coincides with the one in 1939 between Poland and the Third Reich.
In 2015, the barrier was renovated, guard booths were erected next to it and a shelter was built where you can take shelter and rest, there are bike racks and a map of the area. The site is located directly on the cycle trail. You can approach the barrier by car or tour bus.
