Interesting places

The chateau in Mojecice is a Renaissance building that is now four centuries old. Its history dates back to the 13th century, when there was a knights' stronghold on this site, later transformed into a palace residence surrounded by a moat. The site has undergone many reconstructions and extensions over the years, changing owners. Thanks to meticulous restoration, the place now pleases the eye with its stylish decorations and original ornaments. The most striking feature is the Mannerist portal through which you enter the interior of the chateau. The richly decorated portal from the 17th century by the outstanding sculptor Johann Pol shows, among other things, the coats of arms of the previous owners. Today's architecture of the building and its layout is the result of many changes related to the changing lifestyle and fashion of the Silesian nobility.

Today, we have 10 unusual boutique rooms, each of which is different from one another. Here you will find a room with an open bathroom, a room with preserved original stucco or a cosy space wrapped in floral patterns. There is also a restaurant on site with an original cuisine. The entire space is filled with nature, which, in the form of a park, surrounds the building, providing a space for rest and relaxation.
