Natural silages and silage juices from the Sznajder farm in Karnice near Żmigród.
The probiotic bacteria contained in the silages have a beneficial effect on the intestinal bacterial flora, removing toxins. They are natural antibiotics. They eliminate pathogenic bacteria, thus increasing the body's immunity. The phytoncides in sauerkraut have bactericidal and fungicidal effects, being irreplaceable in the treatment of many diseases.
Cabbage, cucumbers and beetroots come from our own cultivation and are pickled using the traditional method, immediately after harvest, with the use of only Klodawa rock salt.
The pickles are not pasteurised, which means they retain their wealth of probiotic bacteria. They should be stored in the refrigerator.
