The proposed route is a 1-day excursion of about 60 km. It leads through the most beautiful corners of the Krosnice municipality and to the hometown of Ryszard Szurkowski, World Champion in cycling, multiple winner of the Peace Race. It is marked as difficult due to several climbs. The starting and finishing point is the "Hubertówka" guesthouse, recommended for accommodation as a Cyclist Friendly Place. The route can also be started from another place (e.g. the railway station in Krośnice or the car park at the Krośnicka Narrow-Gauge Railway).
The proposal for the tour was created as part of the cooperation of the Bicycle Friendly Places during the Cooperation Exchange organised by the Lower Silesian Bicycle Land thanks to a subsidy received from the Ministry of Sport and Tourism.

The route leads from the "Huberowka" along the famous causeway between ponds, through the bird village - Ruda Milicka - to Wierzchowice and Świebodów - the home village of the legendary Ryszard Szurkowski. Then we will go around the Krośnickie Hills, climb the Gęślica hill, take a nature trail among the Krośnickie ponds. Afterwards, on your return to Krosnice, you may take a break for a ride on the Krosnice Narrow-Gauge Railway (Katarzyna Figura herself once leaned out of the carriage of this railway in the great film hit "Train to Hollywood") or a relaxing visit to the aquapark "Krosnice Harbour". While in Krosnice, a visit to the Anna Winery is also a must (on offer is a tour of the winery or spoken tastings).
