Skokowa Mill | Skokowa
Młyn Skokowa is a family business run with passion from generation to generation by the Sznajder family since 1955. It is located approx. 40 km north of Wrocław in the Trzebnica district, in the municipality of Prusice. The origins of the Mill go back to the beginning of the 20th century. The interior has retained its original character and post-German machinery. We produce white and wholemeal flours made from wheat, rye, spelt, flatbread and krzyza. Our flours are non-standardised flours, unlike those of industrial mills. We do not add any improvers, preservatives or chemical additives. Each bag is packed by hand, which emphasises the uniqueness of our products. We source our grain from local, low-maintenance, reliable farmers, which guarantees the high quality and regional character of our flours. You will not find our products in supermarkets. You can purchase them directly at the Skokowa Mill or have them shipped to your home. "Real flour from an exceptional Mill". [description from the Mill's FB profile].
